Marvel at the Living Spirit!

It is a beautiful, no…simply marvelous day. Well, what is it to marvel about… You might ask; since it is snowing outside and has been since last evening? The roads are slushy and the clouds give an overshadowing appearance. Those effects do not have to change or impact our affect [a Psychological term meaning a feeling, or emotion as distinguished from cognition, thought or action]. That is the marvelous news and the perfected blessing of the day…indeed of the moment. The LORD is our Shepherd, not the extraneous appearances which we sometimes have allowed to dictate our lives. We vow now to stop giving up control and personal responsibility of our thoughts and our feelings to the appearances and outside factors that have no essential meaning or purpose in our lives.

Today is the day that the LORD has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Standing in the snow I met one of my favorite people in the world. Tony a city worker who helps us keep the city clean by collecting the garbage each week, not only does his job well, but he does it with the grace of God expressing through every pore of his being. We stood in the snow just appreciating the good in the moment; appreciating the fact that we were outside in this weather, able to feel the cool, crispness and the refreshment of the air that comes with winter and provides a jolt of revitalization in the body. We were appreciating God’s love for giving us the beauty of the snow so white and clean and providing for us the mechanism of a job to go to which helps us pay for the things we want in this physical world. We were thanking God for the ability to see snowflakes and to have one another in which to touch and agree. We hardly see one another because of our work schedules but when we do Spirit meets Spirit. That’s what I call “making true love”. True love making has absolutely nothing to do with sex and if you don’t know that kind of love then maybe the sexual relations you may be having actually have little or nothing to do with love at all. Don’t get it twisted and stop being fooled.

Get Up! Marvel at the day…the evening…your smile! Make God proud that you have been chosen to be in this good day!

A New Song

God's unfailing love causes us to sing a new song...one of happiness and personal responsibility. The joy of the Lord (the Law of being) instills a love and enjoyment of life in me and in anyone who captures the vision and allows the reality of God to express through them. I desire the goodness and richness of God for all people and I pray for those who do not know joy, to right now be struck by a bolt of shear, unadulterated Love which can only be issued through the Spirit of our merciful God of Truth, Life, Love, Wisdom, Power, Beauty, Peace, Joy and the like.

There is a certain joy in practicing responsibility for our self. It is real freedom and It means we have to do what it takes to make our life work, blaming nobody else for anything but moving onward and Spiritward. If in our doing, we recognize that a power greater than ourselves walks with us and empowers us each moment to do whatever it is that we have been given the "choice" to do; then we know it is imeperative and wise to recognize this energizing Force as much as we can and every chance we can. Walk with God and know God walks with us.

Be anxious for nothing. God is always at work; inspiring and delighting in all that will allow the Living Spirit to show forth through their character. Doing so reflects glorification in truth, peace, beauty, joy, and wonderment. Keep releasing that which does not glorify the truth of God which is also the truth of each woman, man and child. Be still and know God in you. Sure we all have such to release but Christ in us is our hope of glory and we are made to achieve victory. Let's Honor God's gifts inside of us.

To all eyes reading this post, I not only wish you joy; I pray it in the Living Spirit and trust in the Power that can make it so.

Indeed our spiritual connection is the most valuable friendship builder and stabilizer. First, it is our knowing and then holding to the truth within that helps us all overcome the divisiveness caused by petty, hateful, envious and fear-based lies that we have accepted about ourselves and others.

When we learn who we really are as divine beings; and hold to the truth that we are all offspiring of the one and only Divine Creative Life Force, we begin to understand that all any of us has to do is to get still and tap into the essence of God within us.

We can then realize that each one of us are here for a magnificent reason and that we are the channels throug h which the glorification of God is to be and can be expressed; that each one of us is here to express the divinity from inside of us. Then the need to fret or fear being upstaged or downplayed by one another can cease to exist because in reality there is no reason for it...in reality it has no purpose. However it will continue to exist as long as we keep thinking that we are separate from our Creator and therefore separate from one another which cultivates divisiveness. Let's refuse to partake in the games of divisiveness and affirm the ever-loving, all-wise and ever-embracing and uniting power of divine Love to teach us who we are as loving children who are created for one purpose -to channel divine energy, but having multiple jobs and responsibilities which are to be represented through each one of us.

God is purposeful. May we learn what we need from one another to move on to higher levels in our understanding and awareness to consequently show forth love and plentitude in our demonstration of the wonderment of life.

Just in a mode of thankfulness I listen to the sweet vibration that comes through the divine expression known as Tom Braxton. Hope it touches you as deeply as it touches me and we all can relish in the goodness of life this moment; in the name of real love and causing us all to know ourselves in a more loving way. When we love ourselves on the real, we can love others genuinely and freely. Love one another as God loves us is our instruction.

Genuine YOU!

Claim nothing that is not true of your real self - your Christ-Self. I keep hearing people talk about "my diabetes, my arthritis, my ....". Quit taking these experiences in as if they were family members or good friends. Be very careful as to what you claim for yourself because it will show up on the screen of your life ready for full expression.

Claim what is true of your real self. Study your Bible and sacred texts; and meditate or listen to the Holy Spirit - indeed the Living Spirit within you to know what is true of you. Then boldy be that genuine YOU!
