Be Encouraged...May We Walk In Love!

1 Corinthians 13:4-10
"Love is long-suffering and kind; love does not envy; love does not make a vain display of itself, and does not boast,

Rejoices not over iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

⁹ For our knowledge is fragmentary (incomplete and imperfect), and our prophecy (our teaching) is fragmentary (incomplete and imperfect).
¹⁰ But when the complete and perfect (total) comes, the incomplete and imperfect will vanish away (become antiquated, void, and superseded)." (AMP)

Love's Emission

At the Johnnie Colemon Institute in Chicago I learned that Love is the idea in the Mind of God [and therefore in our own mind] of universal oneness. This energetic idea generates kindness, unselfishness, compassion, cooperation and goodwill within us so that their liknesses are emitted through us. As a result of allowing love's emission, we are attracted and magnetized to and harmonized with people, places and situations of likeness. It may take a while to really notice the likenesses, but expect it and keep refueling with loving ideas so that they are continually emitting through you. LOVE will have Its way all in due time because It is the essence of life.

Universal Law is, As within, so without! If we keep contemplating hate and things of its likeness (i.e. arguing, violence, disrespect, ugly name-calling, off-colored jokes, etc.), then hate-filled (hateful) is what we become. BUT when we contemplate LOVE: Love, kindness, unity, compassion, harmony and all of Love's relatives join our expression. Don't get it twisted, of course, there are unpleasant situations which require us to dig deeeeep within to tap the "L" spot; but that is what we're here to do. We are here to express our innate extraordinary nature, and we are the only ones, the only creatures who can. It takes all of us to tap in and we do it individual-by-individual. It's an individual choice and decision we make in any given moment.

In reading the Science of Mind by Ernest Holmes, I learned that "Love is the self-givingness of Spirit  through the desire of Life to express Itself in terms of creation." For those of us who study the Bible, yes, Spirit refers to the Holy Spirit. Holmes states further that "Love is a cosmic force whose sweep is irresistible."  I say, Love is the universal irresistible harmonic force. We will live harmoniously irregardless as to what it will take for us to learn to willfully and wisely tap in and allow Love's sway to enliven us and to be our normal expression day-in and day-out.

The Revealing Word by Charles Fillmore tells us that love is "The pure essence of Being that binds together the whole human family" and that "Divine love is impersonal: it loves for the sake of loving". Let us be sure then to use wisdom in all that we do. Love does not absolve us of the use of wisdom, it beckons harmony and requires they be utilized hand-in-hand.
I learned that it is the Mind of God in which we live, move and have being and therefore there is no separation from our Creative Source. So, for me, it means that I can tap into God-in-me anywhere, any time; but I must choose to do so. When I choose to tap into the higher potential within me, then I will begin to resonate with royal qualitites of life. The same is true of us all. Try this exercise now. Sit quietly and think of a loving situation in which you experienced and felt confident, respected and mentally clear and aware.  Now, think about agape love (unconditional love) and what its means to you. Imagine this agape love as a light that has overtaken you and illuminates from you. Use this exercise often as you begin to see the transforming power of LOVE when you allow this awareness to come to your mind's eye and all over your being during those times when you may not feel at your best.

This is the day of transforming love.
BE your real loving self and may love always surround you.

It's a new day and our options are many. Energy follows thought, so take care to deliberately be mindful of those things that you want to activate and apply voltage to in your life. May Divine Peace, Joy, Love and Beauty be clarified in our mind's eye so that they are richly amplified in our experiences. This is my prayer today.

Allow Love to Emerge

Give love. Love is what we are...our essence -which is God and you know God is LOVE. Just breathe that in and let your recognition and reconnection with love guide you for the next 5 minutes. Just become one with the genuine, pure love from your heart.

I am not referring to the illusion of love that the world tells us we should have; you know the kind that has conditions which make us think "if you love me then..." no, I mean that love of God within which tells us how to love ourselves so that we truly value ourselves and all other spiritual beings; the kind of love that loves just because it is love and it knows nothing else but love. Yes, we are heirs to that kind of love which helps us to see the divine in everyone in spite of their faults, outer appearances and/or actions.

This does not mean that we have to say anything or do anything to, or for anyone as a matter of fact it does not make us feel that we "have" to do anything under obligation. Love is freeing. And when we allow this true love habitation we find ourselves saying and doing loving things, including things which may not seem so warm, fuzzy and comforting but they are said and done from an intention of truly wanting the best for someone else simply because we value ourselves as opposed to feeling self-contempt or self-condemnation.

When we allow Love Its way, we will do and give freely from a sense of pure gratitude and thanksgiving for simply being a purposive part of this ever-evolving universe. It takes self love to erase insecurity brought about by thoughts of envy and jealousy. Insecurity is fear-based and there is no love in it. And if there is no love in it-it is a lie and there is no truth in it; Not only is there no truth in it, but there is no substance in it. Because God is Love and God is Truth, God is that which stands back of and under anything of substance.

Rejoice in the fact that we no longer have to grasp those lies and illusions that came from our mental and spiritual dis-connection with our Source. When we take our minds off God and good...we suffer in lies and illusions. When we get back in the flow of allowing real LOVE to guide us, we experience more pleasant thoughts and bounty from the blessedness of being in oneness.

So I challenge you to STOP reading right now for 5 minutes and allow that genuine, "inner-GodLove" to emerge. It's already there operating and desiring to operate and express even more fully with our continued recognition and abiding. Breathe it in and actually feel the connection. Let this Love guide your mind, heart and deeds for the next 5 minutes following the connective experience. We have no idea as to what 1 moment or 5 minutes in love will bring to ourselves or to someone else. If we act from love and with loving intention then that is all that God requires of us. (Romans 13:9 "The commandments...are summed up in this one rule: " 'Love your neighbor as yourself' ").

Ever Wonderful!

Take time now to breathe in the love of God and reacquaint yourself with the good in your life right this moment. Know that you are blessed [favored with well-being, good fortune and abundant pleasure]. Know that you are made in the image of the Creator and Inexhaustible Supplier. Selah!

Because we are blessed we respect ourselves as well as others and do not have to take on the negative emotions of jealousy and resentment etc.; instead we can now choose to be a blessing to others - be it one or several others. Our choices determine our self-confidence and our uniqueness or lack thereof.

In this awareness, we bless as we are intuitively and lovingly led to do so. Those who really know they are blessed are mentally strong enough and spiritually mature enough to encourage, compliment, and even cooperate with others as opposed to being a hindrance. They do not have to be the center of attention nor do they have to put others down or degrade anyone else in order to make themselves appear bigger or better. They also do not have to fight over supply because they know that there is always enough for all, that they simply must turn within for their own proper way to be given to them from the Higher Authority. We are blessed inwardly first which exudes outwardly and spills over into our life, relations and affairs.

We all, each and everyone, are special and unique!

Take the time now to meditate on these things if it resonates with your soul.

Love The ONE you are with!

The ONE and only source of the universe is our providing source of all attributes that we allow to be ex-pressed (pressed out of) through our actions. Love is the very essence of the ONE and therefore all efforts from us to withold love are futile and cause disharmony.

Let's Be still! Take a long deep breath and rest in the comfort and peace of our divine-ness. It is this love joined with wisdom which makes us who we are. What that means for each of us is different and will show forth uniquely in our actions. The key is to know that we are made of LOVE-substance when we begin to feel threatened by thoughts of unworthiness, lack, self-doubt and not good enough. Turn within and take a deep breath and drink in the true essence which keeps us on our purposeful path. A-h-h-h-h! Back in harmony.

Taking a drink of love may show forth compassion, kindness and order in our undertakings with ourselves as well as with others. Ponder this at least once a day if you feel just a flicker of truth from this message. Meditate for one week on this affirmation "I am Love and compassion emits from me".
