Happy Father's Day!
To all of the fathers, father-figures and surrogates as well, we celebrate this day that God has made and given us all the choice in which to relish. Let's do so with a loving heart that forgives mis-takes, re-takes and just plain "unknowingness"; with a heart that embraces and cherishes the the God-given role of strength, lovingkindness, and guidance including discipline and integrity.

I was thinking about my father who has made his transition. I began to grow more appreciative and glad as I allowed the divine spirituality of my father to seep into my awareness. We dance, we laugh, we converse richly now. This is something which may or may not have occurred when my daddy was still in his physical form but it happens every time he comes to my awareness now. Glory! I begin to thank Almighty God for the many things I continue to learn from him.

It dawned on me, this is what I truly want to remember and how I want to interact with everyone. Unless we are doing our spiritual Christ-transforming work, we often come into contact and interact with one another from an externally-driven mode of expression whereby we model less than genuine and lower than loving intentions toward one another. And even then it still may be hit-or-miss depending on our level of understanding and frame of mind in the given moment.

We are to worship Almighty God in spirit and in truth which comes through our discernment and we will experience godliness by allowing God-essence to shine through our delivery of beingness. So I say Namaskar: I behold the divine in you. I know it is there because it is the image of the Creative Source and Architect of all Humankind. Anything else that may show forth teaches us to continue to unite with our Spiritual essence to keep seeing more of God within.

Blessed Resurrection!

Easter is the time that is symbolized by the life and experiences of Jesus the complete crossing out of negative thoughts, emotions and behavior patterns rooted in the illusion of fear; fear having been established in the conscious or unconscious choice to live separate from God, the Source of creation--our true essence. Easter represents the crossing over via the "transforming of our minds" from a state of living attached to external and material manifestations; to the awareness of our inner divine nature and trusting in our inner God-essence to live the life we were created to live. The continual crossing out of anything and anyone suggesting different from our Creative Source calls for the use of the 70X7 forgiveness law.

In the movie, The Passion of Christ did you notice, the more Jesus walked and bore the cross the more was heaped upon him. Well, take a good look at your life encounters. Does it appear that the more you learn about who and what God is in, through and as you; the more is heaped upon you and even from those whom we may have least expected.

This 40-day Lenten season has had a significant impact on me this year. I want to share with you a few of the revelations I learned through my experience. Unity Village offered a free booklet for anyone interested in following a 40-day Lenten program for spiritual growth. The title of the booklet, 40-Days to an Awakened Christ-Consciousness, is a tool to help make practical the teachings of Jesus to be applied in our life on a day-to-day basis. I learned that I have to keep pressing til the breakthrough of living the abundant life that I know is within my soul. Each day, I have to know God is with me, pushing me through things that I humanly look upon as barriers but to God are stones for stepping upon and lessons for blessing. I have to keep denying belief in anything other than God as my Source and my Supply in every area I must be willing to listen to the inner small voice to know that which I am called. In doing so I am surrendering my personal, limited will to the Will and the Way of the Living Spirit which knows all and whose way is absolute and boundless good.

It was not only reiterated but burned with mental impression on my mind that in my day to day walk I have to keep up the practice of denying, forgiving, affirmative prayer, and circulating the goodness that expresses through me with a thankful heart and allowing it to be my conscious experience which in reality Biblical scripture in Acts 17:28 calls "being"-ness. This is a day-to-day, step-by-step walk for me so I pray that anyone reading this will become mindfully aware of the Christ Presence which is the divine love within you keeping you standing and moving strong to consciously choose to do the Will of God here on earth.

Live, Move, and Be!

“…for in Him we live, and move and have being…” Acts 17:28 – NKJV


Divine Omnipresence is our very life – It is God-Essence in our affairs and in our circumstances; in our vats and in our accounts. It is God in our thoughts, feelings, words, breath and actions. Practicing the Presence can no longer be a wish but must become the habit; we must dwell there. It is a difficult practice to master but we have been given dominion, strength and courage. The constant and consistent forging – gradually advancing in forming and shaping, fashioning and reproducing the circumstances and outward situations of our lives through our mind is the absolute causing power of God-Essence .

The Principle of inexhaustible Good (Father/Mother God) can reign over our entire mind. Let us run to IT for ALL things and count on IT to provide; for IT is faithful. Let our habit or auto-matic mind-set be to become still, humbled to the Power Source that gives us being. Take the time to release all thoughts for a moment, centering attention only on your breath; for at that time nothing else matters. In that instance we come for a vital infusion of living beingness which supplies ideas, images and the wherewithal for an all sufficient download of substance for each day’s functioning. Vow to go through the day thinking on things of and for the highest good of humanity which in turn puts each of us individually in connection with others of like mindedness. And we lovingly begin a romantic interlude with life, in our interactions all the day long.

Affirm: God guide me today in the way that I am to go. I thank you now, for I expect the best.

2010 Plunge into Favor

Plunge into your greatness with more vim and vigor than ever before knowing the Essence within you is of God and is your vital life force. It is this which provides the raw materials for our creative mentality and endeavors.

Only by getting still, and letting go of all thoughts of lack, unworthiness and negativity can we really know that we have all that we need right here in the moment. Take a deep whiff of the Living and Pure Spirit which breaths us all and moves us all and activates ...yes...us all. God does not favor one over the other. We walk in favor when we identify with the qualities and character of our Source. This is the truth of our beingness. The more that we recognize that we are one with God, the more we are consequently fed mentally, spiritually, and physically the Essential Substance that lies back of all life's endeavors.

Yep! Highly favored are we! ... but one has to know who one is to know the favor.

Our charge in life is to plunge into the divine favor that is infinite and all pervasive good. That means, this good is within and all around us. Until we look within and spend some time there, listening to the Divine's inner and personal message to us; we will have difficulty taking the plunge into favor. But, when we get still and listen, we will find that not only are we here to take the plunge, but we are here to do it because it fortifies and blesses the greater good of all spiritual/human beings. We are not here for selfish and self-centered reasons. The whole body is always the concern of the Lord (Divne Law -God in action).

"...All things work together for good of them that love the Lord (the Law --God in Action). But the responsible part of that scripture is "for those who love the Lord and are called unto His purpose" We are called unto a purpose; let us walk by faith in the awareness that our time is now because there is no other time.

Get still, (meditate) and learn of God's purpose for your life. We are here to fully express greatness and excellence which is of our true nature; rather than spew out the lies that we have allowed to poison our minds as learned by the external world. This is what God is - EXCELLENCE. There is nothing mediocre in or about God; only in those small limited minds which are not aligned with Truth and the Will or Way of the Divine Mind.

Come on...get aligned; take the 2010 plunge. We are the excellence of God in expression and in action or we are the expression of a lie. It's all about you! It is our choice as to with what we fill our minds and allow to be expressed through our behavior; either the qualites of Divine Mind or the lies of the world. It is our choice.

You've tried everything else now try God-Essence-within you.

Marvel at the Living Spirit!

It is a beautiful, no…simply marvelous day. Well, what is it to marvel about… You might ask; since it is snowing outside and has been since last evening? The roads are slushy and the clouds give an overshadowing appearance. Those effects do not have to change or impact our affect [a Psychological term meaning a feeling, or emotion as distinguished from cognition, thought or action]. That is the marvelous news and the perfected blessing of the day…indeed of the moment. The LORD is our Shepherd, not the extraneous appearances which we sometimes have allowed to dictate our lives. We vow now to stop giving up control and personal responsibility of our thoughts and our feelings to the appearances and outside factors that have no essential meaning or purpose in our lives.

Today is the day that the LORD has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Standing in the snow I met one of my favorite people in the world. Tony a city worker who helps us keep the city clean by collecting the garbage each week, not only does his job well, but he does it with the grace of God expressing through every pore of his being. We stood in the snow just appreciating the good in the moment; appreciating the fact that we were outside in this weather, able to feel the cool, crispness and the refreshment of the air that comes with winter and provides a jolt of revitalization in the body. We were appreciating God’s love for giving us the beauty of the snow so white and clean and providing for us the mechanism of a job to go to which helps us pay for the things we want in this physical world. We were thanking God for the ability to see snowflakes and to have one another in which to touch and agree. We hardly see one another because of our work schedules but when we do Spirit meets Spirit. That’s what I call “making true love”. True love making has absolutely nothing to do with sex and if you don’t know that kind of love then maybe the sexual relations you may be having actually have little or nothing to do with love at all. Don’t get it twisted and stop being fooled.

Get Up! Marvel at the day…the evening…your smile! Make God proud that you have been chosen to be in this good day!

Indeed our spiritual connection is the most valuable friendship builder and stabilizer. First, it is our knowing and then holding to the truth within that helps us all overcome the divisiveness caused by petty, hateful, envious and fear-based lies that we have accepted about ourselves and others.

When we learn who we really are as divine beings; and hold to the truth that we are all offspiring of the one and only Divine Creative Life Force, we begin to understand that all any of us has to do is to get still and tap into the essence of God within us.

We can then realize that each one of us are here for a magnificent reason and that we are the channels throug h which the glorification of God is to be and can be expressed; that each one of us is here to express the divinity from inside of us. Then the need to fret or fear being upstaged or downplayed by one another can cease to exist because in reality there is no reason for it...in reality it has no purpose. However it will continue to exist as long as we keep thinking that we are separate from our Creator and therefore separate from one another which cultivates divisiveness. Let's refuse to partake in the games of divisiveness and affirm the ever-loving, all-wise and ever-embracing and uniting power of divine Love to teach us who we are as loving children who are created for one purpose -to channel divine energy, but having multiple jobs and responsibilities which are to be represented through each one of us.

God is purposeful. May we learn what we need from one another to move on to higher levels in our understanding and awareness to consequently show forth love and plentitude in our demonstration of the wonderment of life.

Divine Empowerment!

When you know that Spirituality is your nature; that you are a spiritual being, then you can see, and feel the power and presence anywhere including many other major religions. See if you can relate to this Bahai prayer. Think for yourself and use this prayer in the way that Spirit guides you to do so or not.

O God! Refresh and gladden my spirit. Purify my heart. Illumine my powers. I lay all my affiars in Thy hand. Thou art my Guide and my Refuge. Spice Up Your Life!

I am thankful for the power that God is in us: causing us to think, feel say and do -indeed to be. I am thankful for the gift of choice which empowers us to choose things which we desire more of and things that add value and meaning to our lives.

Choose you this day...where will you dwell in your mental world? Which path are you walking? Which words are you speaking? What thoughts are you choosing to direct your actions? Have you made a choice as to what you want to experience in this adventurous journey called life on earth? Are you choosing or are you allowing others to choose for you? These are just a few questions to spice up your life.

But with all diligence keep your mental gaze on things that are true, noble, just, pure, lovely and things that are of "good report" instructs Philippians 4:8; for when we do this the God of peace is with us

Go For It!

Emerging from the Baby Boomer era and from an acculturation which among many mental and behavioral patterns, included my having learned to delay my good. I learned to keep or use certain things for "special times" or to wait to use my goods and/or nice, newly purchased items for "special times or special events". I began to find myself asking "when am I going to live my life ...? what am I waiting for? Isn't everyday special? Times have changed and continue to evolve very quickly. If we are going to apply ideas and live out our dreams, there can be no waiting. We must tend to the business at hand...the business of living our dreams and aspirations.

There is no such thing as "playing catch-up"; it is simply start where you are and go for it. If you value love, then love with all you know and with the real love you feel allowing the Master within –your ChristSelf to guide your thoughts and emotions. If you’re going to add more play in your life then add play into your life daily, weekly, monthly as you are spiritually guided. In all things be divinely guided from within (from the indwelling Spirit) and trust that God is working all things for good.

Let us continually break and release (forgive) the old patterns that bind us to things which no longer serve our higher good; for if they no longer serve our higher good individually--they definitely do not serve the greater good of all humanity and the Spiritual fabric of this universe.

If It Befits You; Say I Do !

Acquaint yourself now with your true nature within by getting still and listening to who you really are. Then behold and embrace what you hear. If it does not deliberately create injury or harm to yourself or for others then follow-through. The truly loving things are usually the most difficult to do; requiring that we think for ourselves rather than simply follow the crowd for fear of being ostracized, left-out and sometimes even worse.


Being left-out can be a blessing, especially when it is not befitting of your unique and loving Self. Sometimes being left-out gives us information as to who is not deserving of the character we have allowed to diligently emerge and know as our Authentic Self. Don't try to force what the Divine Mind is leading you away from.


Be still and know God is at work in, through and behind the scene. If the person, place, or situation in question is befitting of and mutually respectful of who you are; then join in, if not, simply pass on by, release it or love them from afar. The Master Teacher, Jesus said to "knock the dust from your feet" and singer Curtis Mayfield said "keep on pushin'". Everyone whom you know cannot maintain a place in your inner circle; nor you in those with whom you think you may want. God's time has a way of telling us and showing us why.


Be Still! Let God's Process work things out with, for and through you and everyone involved.

Ever Wonderful!

Take time now to breathe in the love of God and reacquaint yourself with the good in your life right this moment. Know that you are blessed [favored with well-being, good fortune and abundant pleasure]. Know that you are made in the image of the Creator and Inexhaustible Supplier. Selah!

Because we are blessed we respect ourselves as well as others and do not have to take on the negative emotions of jealousy and resentment etc.; instead we can now choose to be a blessing to others - be it one or several others. Our choices determine our self-confidence and our uniqueness or lack thereof.

In this awareness, we bless as we are intuitively and lovingly led to do so. Those who really know they are blessed are mentally strong enough and spiritually mature enough to encourage, compliment, and even cooperate with others as opposed to being a hindrance. They do not have to be the center of attention nor do they have to put others down or degrade anyone else in order to make themselves appear bigger or better. They also do not have to fight over supply because they know that there is always enough for all, that they simply must turn within for their own proper way to be given to them from the Higher Authority. We are blessed inwardly first which exudes outwardly and spills over into our life, relations and affairs.

We all, each and everyone, are special and unique!

Take the time now to meditate on these things if it resonates with your soul.

Fait accompli

A fait accompli is a thing accomplished and is presumably irreversible. My sister and I recently completed a marathon in Seattle. I completed the half marathon (13.1 miles) and my sister completed the full marathon (26.2 miles).
This was such a victory for me because there were about 10 hills (major inclines) throughout the course. I had always had a mental block concerning hills. But each hill gave me a greater sense of acceptance, value and understanding. My faith was strengthened and deepened with each step I took. I grew closer and closer in Spirit and in motion to the ever living and ever loving invisible OmniPresence of Good that exists and causes us to be.
We are made in the image and after the likeness of extraordinary Power, Intelligence and Love. And our acknowledging and appreciating this truth is expressed by being the living testimony through our actions, behavior, deeds, thoughts and words.
It is true our personalities must be Spiritualized; and mine unequivocably proclaims "I am a God loving person". Let us all Know it, follow it and live it with all of our being.

Apex We Are!

We are not here to live second best. We are the apex in the uniformity of creation the ones made in the image and after the likeness of the "All" "Mighty" and "Infinte" "Source" of "Good and Very Good". Why on earth would we accept or give anything less than the best? I'll tell you why...it is because we are dying trying to separate ourselves from our divine Source; trying to be something and someone we are not. We are the expressions of the One universal God --the Creative Energy Intelligence which is our, Good, Love, Truth, Joy, Beauty, Wisdom, Peace and indeed our all and all.

Be Breezy in Bliss!

This is your day; Master It!

Command every moment of this day by filling it with thoughts which lead, direct and drive you to the good that has been prepared for you from the beginning of time. Each thought you think and each emotion you feel are recorded subconsciously to direct you either into your bliss or away from your bliss. Choose this day whom you will serve: your Christ-mind or your worldly illusion-filled ego. Your Christ-mind or Higher-self is that in you which is one with God - the Divine and Creative Source. Master your day by letting your "Son-light" shine. Choose to let your inner light of love, wisdom, beauty, peace and joy shine by taking it one step, one act of kindness and one day at a time.

Although 1 John 1:5, (NLT) tells us, "This is the message we heard from Jesus and now declare to you: God is light, and there is no darkness in him at all" this message is not for those who are inspired from the Christian belief alone; it is a universal message.

Whatever you believe that eternal good within you to be...behold it and let it shine through. When we allow it to shine through then we express it in unique and wonderful ways when we speak to and of others, in our thoughts of others, and in our interactions with others. We cannot help but receive the benefits of the love that is being channeled through us individually because we are the conduit for it to occur; however, we must behold or embrace and embody it for it to be true for us with consistency. Master your day.
